15. Cancellation Policy
While we hope to avoid cancellations, sometimes they are inevitable. We require a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation. Notification via email, phone and/or fax will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a $50.00 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

In the event of damage during shipping:
