Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
1. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.
2. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase at email@example.com.
3. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return a product. You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Please indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that a note is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.
Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage). Acceptable recorded delivery methods include UPS, Fed Ex, and Certified Mail.
